The dancing mindfulness group is open to anyone who would like to engage in an embodied wellness practice that incorporates music, movement, dance, reflection, and story-sharing. During our gatherings we not only move together but we share our life experiences with one another through dance.

Blank Slate is a community that seeks to provide safe space for people from all walks of life to journey together; exploring the meanings of life, expressing their creativity, sharing their stories, and engaging in brave conversations that lead to further growth, compassion and wholeness; individually and as a community.
